COMMISSION - TERMS OF SERVICE
This tos applies to all commissions EXCLUDING secondlife mods!

I will NOT draw the following!◈ Children.
(This Includes, Cub, Loli and Shota.)
◈ Macro / Micro.
◈ Vore, Scat, Vomit or Watersports.
PAYMENT!◈ Paypal only / USD Currency.
◈ I do NOT take E-checks!
◈ Invoice will be sent upfront.
◈ Payment MUST be complete before I can start on the order.◈ Upon paying the invoice sent via paypal you are agreeing to these ToS and thus forward the order is bound by contract.
WIPS!◈ WIPS are provided with most commission types however there are times that I simply forget or do not provide them. If you would absolutely like WIPS then please be sure to request them upon ordering!
◈ Once the WIP is approved, any additional change requests are at the artist's discretion to incorporate.
ARTISTIC RIGHTS!◈ I reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work.
◈ I may use artwork in online or physical galleries, portfolios, printed material, any form of publication or distribution pending character credit/gallery links are posted with the display back to the commissioner.
◈ You, as the commissioner, may use commissioned work for personal display pending artist credits/gallery links are posted with the display back to the artist. (i.e. online icons, online signatures, layouts, wallpapers, .social sites, ect)
◈ You, as the commissioner, are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use or in any form of promotion or profit.
REFUNDS!◈ If at any point during your order you, by my discretion do not follow these Terms of Service I am within my right to refuse and/or cancel your order, From that point on I will cease all work and contact with you, If I feel the need to cancel an already started commission, I will provide a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.◈ I WILL also provide a partial refund if YOU request it after work has already begun, The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of work completed.◈ Upon requesting a refund you MUST Allow me 60days to provide the refund.
REFERENCES!◈ You as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references.
◈ Upon ordering a commission please ensure your descriptions and references are clear and detailed!◈ If I have not yet started your order you have the right to change your commission information if desired however you are required to contact me with all information including character and theme changes.◈ Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by anyone other than the commissioner unless otherwise agreed upon.
◈ I CANNOT be held accountable for mistakes made due to unclear or missing information.
◈ I CAN and WILL correct any mistakes that were mentioned in the original order.◈ Upon a commission needing additional edits due to unspecified information, I will discuss an additional fee for these edits. If the fee is refused it is my right as the artist to refuse to complete these edits.

CREDIT!◈ You MUST credit me if you post your mod onto FA, Twitter or any other forms of social media, I as the artist deserve credit for the texture work and you should acknowledge the creators of any parts used.
